• A Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation, together with this signed contract.
  • No deposit will be refunded in the event of cancellation or on postponement.
  • On cancellation one month prior to the date, you will be held responsible for half of the account of your conference. The full amount will be payable on cancellation two weeks or less prior to the conference.
  • No changes of total conference delegates will be allowed 7 days before your conference date.
  • The total amount is payable prior to your conference.
  • All prices are subject to change as from 1 January, by plus minus 15%
  • Breakages or damages to any of Villa Paradiso Country Manor property will be charged for.
  • Villa Paradiso cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to client’s belongings or Equipment while on the premises.
  • Villa Paradiso and its representatives are at all times entitled to demand from the client adherence to the stipulations and conditions of this contract.
  • Villa Paradiso is a Licensed Establishment – No Cooler Boxes and own Alcohol allowed.
  • Conference functions in the evenings will conclude at 23h00, with last rounds at 22h30 and no music is permitted after last rounds are called. The DJ must be done with his breakdown at 23h00.
  • Music played at the venue will be controlled by the Manager on duty and not exceed 85 decibels.
  • Conference Guest must please consider other guests and neighbors of Villa Paradiso during their stay.
  • Villa Paradiso and the Client hereby accept all the conditions and stipulations of the contract and confirm that no other conditions, guarantees or suggestions, not contained in the contract, have been made or Accepted by either Villa Paradiso or the client.
  • All Bar Accounts to be settle in full before departure!

I personally booked at the spa last Friday. I got the most terrible service. Appointment was confirmed on Thursday night. On Frid we drove an hour to the venue. When we arrived at the venue, we were sent a WhatsApp message to be told that our appointment was moved by 2 hours because of some double booking. But the booking was confirmed the previous night at 8pm. We got our welcome drink of Ricofy and we were given white cups one that was terribly dirty with red lipstick. How could that be missed? When we requested our refund, I was told that they will refund month end. That was a terrible e perience. Make an informed decision before you book that’s my advice. Check the reviews on Facebook as well. And then book if you want.
